Birth Doula & Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
Why This Training is Unique
Training as both a birth doula and a prenatal yoga teacher will not only equip you with an incredible amount of knowledge to support pregnant and birthing mamas, but you'll also leave set up to build a successful business. One of the hardest parts of becoming a doula is finding consistent clients. As a prenatal yoga teacher, you will constantly be guiding and supporting the very crowd you want to be immersed in!
Additionally, many doula trainings do not address how to manage your life as a doula. We will dive deep into how to build your business and the body (your body) to hold it all. This includes managing an on-call schedule, nervous system support, daily practices, building community...all of the things that are typically only learned after years of practicing (or maybe not at all!)
ABOUT THE DOULA + PRENATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAININGS
Led by Haley McNabb, Certified Birth Doula, Adult and Infant CPR Instructor, and Wilderness First Responder and Jessica Fawcett E-RYT 500, RPYT, Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, as well as an array of working birth professionals. We believe the role of a well educated and passionate Doula and Prenatal Yoga Teacher can make a large impact on the overall health and wellness of our communities.

Students can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the pregnant body, how to support women and families in pregnancy and birth, develop yoga classes that will speak to the needs of a prenatal student, as well as study up to date research and methods within the birth work field that will support students in becoming a doula and teacher who can guide with confidence.

This training will draw from a rich history of birthing wisdom and will take you through a journey as you explore your own beliefs surrounding pregnancy and birth.

This Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Doula Training continues to meet industry standards allowing you to become a Certified Birth Doula and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
